What is the Build Your Dream Waffle Bar?

The Build Your Dream Waffle Bar is our signature interactive catering experience where guests customize their own gluten-free waffles with a wide variety of thoughtfully sourced toppings. The experience is designed to feel playful, nourishing, and community-oriented while offering something substantial enough to function as a full meal or lighter snack.

Our waffle bar focuses on ingredient quality, interactivity, and presentation. Everything is 100% gluten-free, primarily organic and plant-forward, with a strong emphasis on fresh toppings, ethical sourcing, and elevated guest experience.

Yes. All of our menus are 100% gluten-free and primarily plant-forward, with options for vegan, dairy-optional, and allergen-conscious guests. For those including animal proteins, we prioritize ethically sourced, certified humane options. We can also tailor menus to accommodate specific allergies or dietary needs.

What is your minimum for resident events?

• On-site catering experiences begin at $500
• Drop-off catering begins at $250
• Mind & Body Classes start at $125/hr
• Culinary Wellness Labs start at $250/hr + materials

We’re happy to recommend the best fit based on your budget and goals.

Yes. We regularly work with a range of budgets and can adjust service style, menu depth, and format to align with your needs while still delivering a high-quality experience.

Pricing includes all ingredients, preparation, service (if applicable), and standard setup. For on-site events, we bring our own equipment and serving tools.Additional costs may apply for extended service time, specialty menus, or added infrastructure.

Yes, we offer attendee-paid services through a vending-style model where residents can purchase items directly from us during the event. This option requires a $600 minimum for up to 4 hours of service. We can also offer hybrid models where the property covers part of the experience and residents purchase additional items.

What do you need from us to host an event?

For most On-Site Food Catering events or Culinary Labs, we require:
• A designated setup area (indoor or outdoor)
• Access to power (minimum ~30 amps)
• (2) 6-8ft surface spaces (unless we’re bringing our own setup)

• Labs require access to running potable water like a sink

For Mind/Body Experiences, we require:
• A designated safe & preferably quiet-ish space to facilitate


We’ll walk through all logistics with you ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes. We frequently operate outdoors using pop-up canopy setups. If tables, tents, or additional infrastructure are needed, we can provide them for a flat setup fee.

Typically 60–90 minutes before the event start time, depending on the complexity of the service.

Most resident events run between 1.5 to 2 hours of active service, though we can adjust based on your needs.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. That said, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

You can book an event through our online “Book an Event” application or by calling us at 512.222.3478. We’ll connect with you to go over the details and secure your date with a deposit or full payment.

Absolutely. We can recommend event types based on your community demographic, time of year, and engagement goals… whether that’s something quick and high-energy or more slow, intentional, and wellness-focused.

How many residents can you serve?

We can scale from smaller, intimate gatherings (20–30 residents) up to large community events of 100+.

That’s very common. We’ll help you plan based on typical turnout ranges and structure the service to flex as needed.

Yes… this is one of the biggest reasons property managers work with us. Because our experiences are interactive and visually inviting, they naturally draw residents in and encourage participation and connection.

Do you offer beverages as well?

Yes. Our Elixir Bar features housemade, non-alcoholic drinks crafted with herbs, fruits, and botanicals. These can be served on their own or paired with food experiences.

Absolutely. We love working with seasonal ingredients and creative themes… from wellness-focused January resets to summer social gatherings to more whimsical or holiday-driven experiences.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

We understand things come up. We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling based on availability, with notice.
